If you have been to our site before and come back only to find that a link does not goto the correct page or shows a 404 error. It is usually because we changed or deleted that page and replaced it with a new one. Your brouser is holding the old info in cache memory.  To solve this, right click on the main home page or  other pages you will get a drop down menu. From that menu, select  "refresh"  or "reload" and it will update your bouser cache memory to the new page.  This usually works best on the page you last showed before the error page.

ORDERING PROBLEMS ?
If you have had any problems ordering online with us or in getting the PAYPAL cart to process your order, please contact us immediatley at    walt@cyberstreme.com     we have had some customers tell us that the PAYPAL cart system is not processing their orders or won't let our toll free nuber service process orders. We neeed to document these errors and hope to have it resolved with PAYPAL soon.  Please let us know via email and include your contact email and phone  number so we can contact you and process your order and get details on what did not work correctly. Sorry for any inconvenience. We try to make sure your shopping experience here  is  a good one and we value your input on how we can improve any function on this site.

If you are a dial up or broadband customer and you find that a page loads to slow, please let us know which page address is slow so we can optimize the site.

If you click on a page that should show video, and it does not show video or perhaps all you hear is audio playing, here is the problem and solution.  Our videos are encoded with flash to play quickly and have the smallest data size. Some older brouser do not have a flash player loaded or have some settings like java turned off. You can download fast and free, the flash player from this link.

After you install it , the videos should play OK

Order late arriving?.  We are currently back ordered but will be stocked fully again by OCT 5th when our new shipment of DVDs arrive, please bear with us. We will ship all orders ASAP. 

PAYPAL had a problem capturing adresses on a few orders, we sent emails to those parties and requested their shipping address.  Please be sure to include your mailing address when ordering,
